The Shift Conference is a hospitality industry event created by SevenRooms, bringing together operators, leaders, and innovators for a focused day of talks, panels, and industry conversation.
In 2025, Shift was hosted at Ivy Ballroom, a large-scale Sydney CBD venue well suited to conferences, keynote presentations, and panel discussions, with dedicated spaces for networking and post-event gatherings.
Photography coverage focused on:
